I lead the impulse committee of Fast Track Cities, a strategy created to accelerate the HIV response in the Cities with support of UNAIDS, UNFPA, health secretary, NGOs and HIV activists. I was talking about the Fast Track Cities strategy and questioning candidates about their compromises to reduce stigma and discrimination.
