Thirty-four years later, Reverend Ingram has retired from clergy, living in a new community, and has been focusing on her mental health, working through childhood abuse and easing into “senior citizenry.” She takes enjoyment in learning about crystals and tarot, and is getting back into writing her memoir. Life with HIV is indeed challenging, especially with COVID. Most days she’s up for a challenge. She makes it do, what it do.
