Well… this happened today! I have officially graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and plan to start my health coaching business called SurThrive Life. I’ll support people through six month programs. Shifting from surviving to thriving. Thirty years positive in October. A year ago I wasn’t sure if I could make it through the program—and voilà! GRATEFUL AF!
