Winding down—Day 14,264 (39 years 18 days ago, in fact)—after a morning strength workout, nine hours spent shepherding IT development teams supporting COVID-19 vaccine production, and a checkup with my primary doc after a rough week last week following exposure to SARS-CoV2 on 9/11. Thankful for having received my initial vaccinations in January and February as a hospital and health department volunteer, as well as the third dose on 8/29 for research on vaccine response. In my 40th year with HIV, I cherish the work which I undertake, and I’m not letting a respiratory pathogen take me out of this life!
