Today, I’m opening up a new at-home insemination kit with my sister and her wife. Through modern HIV treatment (and with the approval from my infectious disease doctor), I have been able to keep my promise of helping my sister have children with her new wife. We’ve been planning this since we were teenagers! This is what modern family planning can look like. I can’t wait to have a niece or nephew! And of course, I can also have my own children one day through the same process when I am ready. I’m very lucky to have the access to medications that have kept me undetectable for years.
