Ever since I started the @Convihvir social media campaign, it has been great to be able to give voice to a cause that history has silenced. I don’t live with HIV, but HIV affects me because those close to me (and not so close, too) who do live with HIV suffer from stigma, constantly in Puerto Rico. To talk about HIV through Convihvir, with my family, my friends, and in law school. It’s a step forward for a change. To break the stigma is to end the silence. Today on #adaywithhiv, I just want to show myself as I am.
