Charles Sanchez

Running in the park is one of my favorite things. When I was diagnosed with AIDS in 2003 and the doctor was advising me on my health, exercise was one of the things he recommended. I take my meds regularly, I see my doc when I’m supposed to, I eat right (well, mostly. Cookies are a health food, right?), and work out several days a week. It’s what keeps me healthy and somewhat sane!
